FOUNDATIONS
Beginner Friendly / All Levels Welcome
Your initiation. Your return to self. This class is designed for beginners or anyone craving a slower, more intentional pace. You’ll learn the fundamental principles of Pilates : breath, alignment, control, and core connection while building strength and confidence on the reformer.
Expect clear guidance, supportive pacing, and a focus on proper form.A grounding, educational experience that creates the foundation for everything to come.

REFORMER 1
Advanced Beginner
Strengthen your body. Refine your practice. A full-body reformer class focused on building strength, stability, and endurance through controlled, intentional movement. You’ll move through a steady flow of exercises that challenge coordination, balance, and core integration.
Perfect for those familiar with the reformer who want a consistent, well-rounded practice that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and energized.
Some Pilates or reformer experience recommended.
REFORMER 2
Intermediate
Elevate the work. Embody your power. A more dynamic, athletic reformer class designed to deepen strength, precision, and flow. Expect advanced sequencing, increased intensity, and more complex transitions that challenge both body and mind.
This class requires a strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals and the ability to move with control and awareness. For those ready to push beyond the basics and fully embody their strength.
Prior reformer experience required.
